A summer melon special from the Los Angeles farm in El Salvador. Fernando Lima's L.A. Melon coffee is the perfect choice in the summer heat when you want something refreshing in your cup.

After harvesting, the beans are washed or wet processed. To begin the treatment, machines were used to peel the pulp off the beans, and then the remaining pulp was broken down in a tank filled with water. Finally, the water-washed beans were dried.

All this resulted in a coffee with a cleaner, sharper and brighter flavour. In the case of L.A. Melon, the distinctive flavours of melon and tamarind fruit are mixed with a minimal chocolatey effect.
